Hello and Happy 2011 Everybody! Normally, this is where I would apologize for not keeping up with my writing, but in light of my new living situation involving far less internet and far more mobility, I am just going to use these few precious interweb moments to tell you guys a little bit about the lovely holiday season on this side of the equator ...
This was the first christmas decoration in our apartment. With help from the banner left over from Adam's birthday in November, and the amaaaazing stockings sent overseas by his mom (Thanks Chris!) we were able to fashion a makeshift mantelpiece above the doorway to the balcony. Let the holiday spirit flow!
Our charlie brown christmas tree/branch complete with decorations found on our coffee table and around the kitchen. When was the last time you saw a christmas tree/branch beside a surfboard and an open balcony door?
Katie was nice enough to make cinnamon buns a la Bailey Christmas, and I was ever so appreciative. Christmas breakfast and christmas coffee - yumm!
En route to Bondi Beach for christmas in the sun, armed to the teeth with my new presents - body board from donald, fins from adam, and coffeemug from katie - happy christmas indeed! :)

The gang at the bus stop. This would have been our christmas card if we could freeze time to allow mail to travel faster ....
After a magical Christmas and New Years, we were sadly uprooted from our lovely abode at Surf Side Three and flung into the new chapter of our Aussie adventure ... and while we had some truly wonderful times in that beachside mini-palace, it's time to try something new, something very new...
... Hello Agnes!
Adam and I proudly showing off our new baby girl, Agnes Magnus the Mitsubishi Magna Wagon ... Isn't she beautiful?! She has been excellent to us thus far, providing plenty of space and opportunity for cookouting and card gaming and, of course, sleeping.
Anyways, that's all for now kids, I can't promise there will be ample blogging in the near future but I will do my best to keep you all updated. Goodnight! (or for Canada, Good Morning :)
